<p>&lt;p class=&quot;p p-first-last&quot; id=&quot;__p2&quot;&gt;As the surgical treatment of clavicular fractures is increasingly utilized in orthopedics, the number of related complications rises as well. We present a case of segmental bone loss of the clavicle due to fracture-related infection. Treatment was based on a multidisciplinary team approach, which was important for a successful outcome.&lt;/p&gt;</p>
